摘要
有效的工作场所学习评估是提升学习成效、促进员工自我发展和企业人力资本积累和长期发展的重要保障。笔者曾经就工作场所学习效果评估模型的构建做过尝试,并成文发表。近来,由于工作实践中出现的新问题以及对理论的再认识,试图对这一模型做出修正和完善。
The effective assessment to workplace learning,can make an important effect to enhance learning outcomes, to promote employee self-development and human capital accumulation which means an important guarantee for a long-term development of the enterprises. The author had studied on the workplace learning assess model and written a paper on this subject. Because of some problems appear in the practice work ,and the re-recognition on this model, the author tries to make it correction and perfect.
