中等职业学校推行“学长制”管理分析

The Analysis on Carrying Out Student Mentoring Scheme in Secondary Vocational Schools

目前中等职业教育迅速发展,但是师资存在严重不足,因此必须寻求一种新的管理模式。本文将"学长制"引入中职学校,通过研究"学长制",分析中职学校学生目前的现状和推行"学长制"的意义,说明了中职学校"学长制"的推行过程以及推行过程中需要注意的问题以供中职学校参考。

Nowadays, secondary vocational education develops rapidly. However, the teachers are not enough. Therefore, secondary vocational schools have to apply a new kind of management pattern. This paper applies ＂Student Mentoring Scheme＂ （SMS） to secondary, vocational schools. By studying SMS, analyzing the present situation of the students and the significance of carrying out SMS in secondary vocational schools and, this paper puts forward the process of SMS and the problems which should be noted during the process for the reference in secondary vocational schools.
