摘要
通过对机械实践中心设备优化配置的因素分析,运用线性规划方法,确立了设备数量的整体规划数学模型,利用lingo软件计算出了最少设备数量,并进行了灵敏度分析,结果提高了设备的利用率,确定了实习的最短时间,合理安排了不同类型学生的实习。
In this paper,overall planning mathematical mode for equipment number is established by analyzing factors in optimizing configuration of equipment of the center of mechanical practice,with linear programming method being employed.Minimum equipment number is calculated,using lingo software.Sensitivity analysis is also conducted.It concludes that utilization of equipment is improved,shortest practicing time is established and practicing for different types of students is also optimized.
