公共政策执行是公共政策过程的枢纽,但我国当前公共政策执行偏差问题比较突出,从而引发了多种社会问题。造成公共政策执行偏差问题的原因是多方面的,而公共政策执行主体对公共政策执行起着尤为重要的作用。研究公共政策执行偏差问题的主体因素,找出执行主体异化的原因是提高我国公共政策执行的有效性的重要途径。

Public policy implementation is the hub in the public policy process,but the implementation of public policies in our country are quite deviated,and thus leads to various social problems.It is caused by many reasons,but the implementation subject plays a particularly important role.Analyzing the subject factor in public policy implementation deviation,finding out the reasons behind the alienation of subject are important countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of public policy implementation in our country.
