摘要
目的:通过分析以评价彩超对急性输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法:对120例急性输尿管结石病人进行超声检查,对病例声像图超声表现进行归类、总结。结果:彩超检出输尿管结石的敏感性为91.66%。在下段输尿管结石中,CDF I会出现输尿管喷尿异常。结论:超声对急性输尿管结石的快速、有效诊断有一定的价值及临床指导意义。
Objective：To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography for diagnosing acute ureterolith.Methods：Color Doppler ultrasonography was used for 120 cases of acute ureterolith,and a summary was carried out of the sonogram characteristics of acute ureterolith.Results：The sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureterolith was 91.66%.Color Doppler flow imaging could show the urine jet phenomenon in the lower urinary tract stones.Conclusion：Color Doppler ultrasound is a useful and rapid method to diagnose acute ureterolith.
