添加四针状氧化锌晶须抗菌剂对义齿软衬材料机械性能的影响

The effect of mechanical function of soft denture liners on adding tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers

目的:研究添加四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)抗菌剂对义齿软衬材料机械性能的影响。方法:将T-ZnOw抗菌剂按0%(对照组)、1%、2%、3%分别加入到Silagum软衬材料和上海自凝软衬垫中,按国家相关标准检测其粘结强度、拉伸强度、拉伸伸长率、邵氏硬度的变化。结果:当T-ZnOw抗菌剂添加质量分数为2%时,软衬材料机械性能综合来看较好,Silagum软衬材料机械性能优于上海自凝软衬垫。结论:当T-ZnOw抗菌剂添加质量分数为2%时,赋予软衬材料较强的抗菌性能的同时可获得较好的机械性能,是软衬材料添加T-ZnOw抗菌剂的最佳添加量。

Objective：To study the effect of tetrapod-like zinc oxiwhiskers（T-ZnOw） incorporation on the mechanical function of soft denture liners.Methods：After adding zinc oxide whisker by 1%,2%,3% respectively to Silagum soft denture liners and Shanghai soft denture liners,the bond strength,the tensile strength, the elongation at break,and the Shore-A hardness were tested,according to national standards.Results：When 2% incorporation of T-ZnOw,the physical properties of soft denture liners comprehensive look good,the mechanical function of Silagum soft denture liners was better than Shanghai soft denture liners.Conclusion：When the quality grades reached 2% incorporation of T-ZnOw were the strong antibacterial activity and good mechanical function.It is a good tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers incorporation of soft denture liners.
