52例糖尿病足的临床护理

Clinical care experiences on 52 cases of diabetic foot

目的探讨糖尿病足患者的护理，以提高愈合率，改善生存质量。方法对52例糖尿病足患者进行心理护理、基础治疗、足部溃疡护理及健康宣教等。结果52例糖尿病足患者，其中2例截肢，4例自动出院，46例溃疡面积缩小。结论积极有效的护理措施，可促进糖尿病足患者康复，提高愈合率，改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To discuss nursing care to patients with diabetic foot for improving the quality of life and raising healing rate. Methods Psychological care, basic care, foot ulcer care and health education to 52 cases of diabetic foot were implemented. Results Among 52 cases of diabetic foot, 2 cases amputated extremity, 4 cases of automatic discharge, 46 cases of ulcer area reduced were found. Conclusion Active and effective care measures can promote the rehabilitation of the patients with diabetic foot, improve the quality of life and raise healing rate.
