摘要
文章针对高速公路施工区的特点及现实情况,建立养护时的安全评价模型,并对模型进行了仿真分析,提出了一种新的满足最佳施工安全的作业方法。依据施工期间的交通流量模型、车辆速度限制方式,分析不同限制车速控制区域的交通流量的特点,计算养护区域的安全系数;并利用安全系数为指标对封闭不同车道的安全性进行了分析,比较不同限速设置方案和警告区长度的优劣,提出了部分养护区安全控制策略,从而获得高速公路施工区最佳安全可靠性的控制方法。
According to the features and site conditions of the highway maintenance work zone, this paper sets up a safety evaluation model for the maintenance work zone and undertakes a simulation analysis of the model so as to propose a new control method which guarantees the optimal work safety. The features of the traffic flow in different speed limit zones are analyzed by means of the traffic flow model and the vehicle speed limit mode during the working period. The safety factor of the maintenance work zone is calculated and used to evaluate the safety as different lane is closed down. Different speed setting plans and different length of warning zones are compared. The safety control strategy for maintenance work zone is put forward and the optimal safe and reliable control method for highway work zone is obtained.
