摘要
为适应市场需求、为客户提供灵活和个性化的服务,文章用回归分析对C网用户的日消费数据进行分析、挖掘,从中发现客户的消费规律,并将挖掘结果以在线分析的方式展现,为用户授信提供判断依据,也为决策者提供了移动业务收入完成和预期进度,提供了可能的市场决策和资源合理化分配决策依据。
In order to cater for market requirement and provide flexible personality service to users, the daily consumption data of C net users is mined by regression analysis to discover the regularities in users' consumption, and the mining results are displayed for online analysis. These analytical statistics provides a progress schedule of completed and expected revenue for the decision makers and helps them to adjust users' credits, make feasible marketing decision and reallocate resource.
