摘要
在水-乙二胺-水合肼混合溶剂体系中,以碲粉为原料,加入适量氢氧化钠,通过溶剂热法制备出了低维的微纳复合结构鱼骨状碲树枝晶;讨论了温度、时间、溶剂、表面活性剂等因素对产物形貌的影响。结果表明,在130℃7、h的条件下,所得产物树枝晶大小均匀、形貌规整,且具有良好的紫外吸收光学性能。
In the water ethylene diamine-hydrazine hydrate mixed solvents system, low-dimensional mi cro nano composite structure fishbone-like tellurium dendrites were prepared by solvothermal technique, using tellurium powder as raw material and adding a portion of sodium hydroxide. The influence of different factors such as temperature, time, solvent and surface active agent on the product morphology is discussed. The results show that under the condition of 7 h at 130 ℃, the obtained dendrite products have uniform sizes, perfect appearances and good optical properties of UV absorption.
