近红外线对背根神经节细胞突起生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的离体条件下观察近红外线照射对新生大鼠背根神经节细胞突起生长的影响。方法分离并在体外原代培养新生大鼠背根神经节细胞,用近红外线分别照射0、5、10、15、20 min后继续培养48 h,MTT法检测背根神经节细胞的活性,用微管相关蛋白2(microtubule associated protein 2,MAP-2)行免疫荧光化学染色,检测近红外线照射后,胞体及突起的生长情况。结果 MTT检测:与0 min组相比,5 min组,10 min组,15 min组细胞活力无明显改变(P>0.05),但20 min组细胞活力较0 min组明显降低(P<0.05)。近红外线照射后继续培养48 h,0、5、10、15 min组细胞生长旺盛,神经元新生的突起数量增多,增长,以15 min组最为明显。在15 min组,部分新生的突起间彼此连接,形成网络。结论在体外条件下,近红外线照射具有促进背根神经节细胞突起生长的作用。
