宫颈癌组织中P-Akt的表达及与HPV感染的关系 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨P-Akt在宫颈癌组织中的表达及与HPV感染的关系。方法免疫组化SP法检测26例宫颈癌及19例慢性宫颈炎组织中P-Akt的表达,各例标本手术前均用PCR技术进行HPV-DNA检测。结果 P-Akt在慢性宫颈炎及宫颈癌中阳性表达率分别为21.05%和92.31%,P-Akt在宫颈癌中表达的阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),P-Akt在HPV阳性组的表达率显著高于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论 P-Akt的阳性表达率与宫颈癌的发病及HPV感染密切相关,提示其在宫颈癌的发生发展中起着重要作用。
