摘要
对一种固体发动机安全机构上的螺栓连接失效件断口进行了扫描电子显微镜、金相组织、化学成分和X 射线微区元素分析。基本查明该螺栓件失效断裂原因,由于钢制螺栓在镀镉之后,低熔点金属镉从螺纹根部缺陷处渗入到基体内部引起晶界脆化。在应力的作用下导致螺栓件失效断裂。
The fracture of the failed bolt connecting pieces in the safety device of the solid rocket motor is analyzed and ascertained by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM),metallograph and chemical analysises and X ray microanalysis.It is identified that the steel bolts are plated with the low melting point metal Cd,a small amount of Cd permeates into the matrix inside along the defect part at the base of the screw thread to result in the intercrystalline brittleness.Under certain stress the bolt could be ruptured.
