摘要
分析了冠形齿片成形工艺,介绍了冠形齿片排样方案和级进模结构,级进模各工位功能件采用镶拼结构,便于制造、修正、更换,以降低模具的制造成本。生产实践证明:级进模结构合理,能保证产品质量,生产效率高。
The forming technique of a coronary sheet gear was analyzed and the layout design of the part and structure of a progressive die were presented.The functional parts for various operation process of the die apply insert structure, which simplifies the manufacturing,modification and replacement and lowers the production costs.
