摘要
以烟酸和姜黄素为原料,采用酰氯法经过二步反应合成了姜黄素烟酸酯,经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及质谱确证了该目标化合物的化学结构。考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应液pH值三个因素对反应产率的影响,优选出最佳合成工艺。最佳合成工艺为:n(姜黄素)∶n(烟酰氯盐酸盐)=1∶4(摩尔比)、反应温度25~30℃、反应液pH值为7~8。姜黄素烟酸酯收率达62%。
Curcumin dinicotinate was synthesized from nicotinic acid and curcumin by employing the acylchloride method.Its chemical structure was confirmed by MS,IR,and ~1H NMR spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimal synthetic conditions were as follows: curcumin∶nicotinyl chloride=1∶4(n∶n),reaction temperature 25~30 ℃ and pH=7~8.The yield of curcumin dinicotinate was 62 %.
