摘要
选用Al2O3/(W,Ti)C陶瓷刀具断续车削淬硬钢,进行正交切削试验,分析切削用量对刀具寿命的影响。建立了断续切削条件下不同失效演变阶段的刀具寿命公式,并通过以切削速度为单一变量的单因素试验,对其进行验证。针对不同失效演变阶段的刀具寿命公式进行分析讨论。结果表明:切削用量三要素对刀具寿命影响程度的大小顺序为:vc>ap>f;在刀具失效演变的不同阶段,机械载荷、热载荷对刀具破坏的影响程度不同。
An Al2O3/(W, Ti) C ceramic tool was used in intermittent turning of hardened carbon steel. Orthogonal turning experiments were made to identify the effects of cutting parameters on tool life. Two empirical models of tool life in different failure stages were established. The results of experiments with varied cutting speeds verified the validity of established tool life models. The tool life models in different failure stages were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the order of magnitude of the impact of cutting parameters on tool life is υc〉ap〉f. And during different stages of tool life, mechanical load and thermal load have different influence on tool failure.
