摘要
为研究膀胱动力泵的结构和控制参数等对其排尿动力特性的影响,借鉴尿动力学检查中的压力流率测定法,在模拟实验台上,测定该泵在不同影响因素下的压力、流率特性,分析电磁铁电流、永磁体数量、间隙和夹角以及气隙等因素对膀胱动力泵排尿动力特性的影响规律。实验结果表明:增加电磁铁电流和永磁体数量,减小气隙和永磁体夹角及合理设置永磁体间隙和电磁铁位置,有利于增大膀胱压、尿流率和延长膀胱压持续时间。研究结果对膀胱动力泵的结构优化设计和性能改善有重要的指导作用。
To study the effects of structure and control parameters on the micturition performance of bladder power pump, the intravesical pressure and urine flow rate in different influence factors were measured on the simulated experimental platform by using the intravesical pressure and urine flow rate measurement method in urodynamics. The effects on the micturition performance were analyzed, taking into account the different influence factors such as electromagnet current, the numbers, interval and angle of permanent magnet ( PM), air gap and so on. The experimental results show that increasing the electromagnet current and the numbers of PM, and decreasing the air gap and the angle of PM, and setting the suitable interval of PM and the position of electromagnet are beneficial to increase the intravesical pressure, the urine flow rate and the intravesical pressure duration. The investigation provides a beneficial guidance for the optimal structure design and performance improvement of the bladder power pump.
