摘要 为提高我国双向齿轮泵的技术水平,研究了中高压高效率双向齿轮泵。该双向齿轮泵通过轴向间隙和径向间隙的自动补偿,减少了泄漏,提高了效率;通过内部集成单向阀,实现了齿轮泵的双向工作。研究成果对我国双向齿轮泵技术的进步具有重要意义。 A kind of medium-high pressure reversible gear pump was studied in order to improve the technology level of reversible gear pump in our country. Through automatic compensations of the axial gap and the radial gap, the leakage of the reversible gear pump was reduced and the efficiency was improved. And the pump actualized reversible work by internally integrating check valves. The research work is of important significance to improve domestic technology of reversible gear pump.
