摘要
分析液压系统振动与噪声的危害,设计制造一种基于流体-结构(F lu id-structure)耦合振动的结构共振式液压脉动滤波器。在液压脉动滤波试验台上,通过测试滤波器前后的动态压力,检验滤波器的使用性能。结果表明:结构振动式滤波器对液压脉动衰减具有一定的作用,但具有频率选择性;滤波器在衰减液压脉动的同时也消耗了系统能量。该方法为液压系统振动控制提供了新的技术手段。
The harm of vibration and noise in hydraulic system was analyzed. A wave attenuator of structure resonator based on fluid-structure coupling vibration was designed and manufactured. The performance of the attenuator was examined by testing the real- time pressure fore-and-aft wave attenuator in the test-bed. The results show that the attenuator of structure resonator has certain effect on hydraulic pulsations attenuation, at the same time, its work has the frequency selectivity. Hydraulic pressure pulsation is attenuated also energy of the system is consumed by the attenuator. The research has both practical value and academic value to the fluid flow pulsations control.
