车刀前刀面影响刃磨强度的研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于断屑槽的存在,车刀前刀面的形状各不相同。对相同前角下不同形状的前刀面的刃磨强度进行分析,结果表明曲面形前刀面的刃磨强度比平面形前刀面的高。另外由于断屑槽分布在车刀的前刀面上,因此在刃磨时除了保证前角,还应保证断屑槽刃磨后的光洁度和尺寸。针对此问题,提出在磨削断屑槽时,将砂轮倾斜一个很小的角度的方法,可以保证断屑槽刃磨的尺寸和精度。 Because of the chip breaker, the shapes of turning tool rake faces are different. The sharpening intensities of different shape rake faces at same angle were studied. The results show curve rake face is better than plane face. Because chip breaker was distributed on rake face, so during sharpening the rake was not only ensured, but also to the degree of finish and dimension after chip breaker sharpening. To solve this problem , the method of making a very small rake for grinding wheel was introduced to ensure the degree of finish and dimension during chip breaker sharpening.
