摘要
针对发动机排气的特点,建立强化温差发电系统的数学模型,对其通道内的流动传热和阻力特性进行数值计算。数值分析表明:采取对流换热方式可以提高热量的传递效率,获得较高的对流换热系数;改变通道截面的形状,可以得到较低的流通阻力和压降并显著增大换热面积,使温差发电系统的性能得到提高。
The model of thermoelectric conversion system for the exhaust was established, and numerical calculations of convection heat transfer and resistance characteristics of the channel were done. The analysis results show that the heat transfer efficiency is enhanced, higher convection heat transfer coefficient is obtained with the intensified thermoelectric system; and lower flow resistance and pressure drop are obtained, heat transfer area is extended notable by changing the cross section shape of the channel. So the thermoelectric conversion properties of the system is enhanced.
