摘要
在研究超声波变幅杆设计原理和过程的基础上,分析以前采用的设计方法效率比较低的原因。研究在CAD/CAE集成环境下变幅杆参数化设计和一体化分析的具体方法,实现了其设计过程和分析过程的程序化、连续化。实验结果和与同行业学者研究结果对比都表明:参数化设计法不仅能够满足技术要求,免除超声变幅杆研制活动中手工计算、绘图之辛劳;而且使所需时间极大减少,特别适合其几何尺寸既涉及数学物理原理、又互相影响的机械构件的设计。
Based on studying the design principles and process of ultrasonic scope-varied conveyer, the reasons of lower efficien- cy of the existed design methods were analyzed. The specific method of parameterized design and analysis of tdtrasonic scope-varied conveyer under integrated CAD/CAE circumstances was discussed. Hence, the design and analysis of it were programmed and integrated. The experimental results and the result comparing with other results in the same field show that not only can the method of parameterized design satisfy the technological requirements, exempt labor of manual drawing and computation, but also it can shorten the needed maximum time. It fits for the part design which geometrical sizes relate with mathematical, physical theory as well as mechanical principles and interact.
