摘要
在所开发的五坐标龙门数控机床虚拟样机的基础上,对其关键部位———横梁进行柔性化,建立了整机的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,分析讨论横梁的柔性效应对机床运行稳定性的影响。结果表明:基于刚柔耦合模型的仿真分析更为准确地反映了机床的动力学特征,为最终实现机床结构优化设计提供可靠的理论依据。
Based on the developed virtual sample model of five-axis numerical control gantry machine tool, the main component the crossbeam was set to flexible, and a flexible-rigid coupling multi-system dynamic prototype of the whole machine was established. The influence on operational stability of the machine tool by the flexible effect of the crossbeam was analyzed. The results show that simulation analysis based on a rigid-flexible coupling model is more accurate to show dynamics characteristics of machine tools. It provides theoretical basis for structure optimal design of the machine tool.
