The influencing factors of adhesion strength, surface cleanness, environment, time interval between coatings, mechanical damnification and construction on recoating quality of oil rig were analyzed. The recoating quality control methods and remediation measures for the recoating of coated surface of outstripping time limit were discussed. The quality inspection and acceptance contents and standards of the coating were introduced.
