摘要 根据影响系数法,结合Patran & Nastran有限元软件及Matlab汇编程序,实现了基于基础加速度响应信号的刚性转子在线双面动平衡有限元仿真。将不同参数分析结果误差做比较。确定了从基础测量振动加速度信号,并精确求解补偿质量的方法。一些设备不便于直接在线测量轴承处振动信号,利用此方法可直接测量基础上振动信号,求解平衡配重。 Based on influence coefficient method,this paper presents a new way to balance a rigid rotor with accelerating unbalancing response on the basis.We compare the error of the results from different parameters.And then,a method of calculating the quantity of compensatory mass is confirmed to be correct which is based on accelerating unbalancing response on the basis.It is difficult to measure the unbalancing response on the bearing of some closed mechanical system.With this method,we can measure the unbalancing response on the basis and work out the quantity of compensatory mass.
