铁路货车柔性工装自动控制系统的研究

摘要 根据柔性工装的工作条件和特点,提出了基于Profibus的三层控制系统结构,分析了控制系统的控制流程。同时,探讨了主要控制单元的功能和组成,提出了基于"电机+升降机"的电动直线驱动方式,研究了基于PLC的精确定位技术。在此基础上实现了对控制系统的集成,并应用到铁路货车底架柔性工装系统中,运行结果表明,控制系统稳定可靠,控制精度满足应用需求。 The flexible technological equipment of railway freight cars is a complex and large-scale system.The automatic control technology is one of its key technologies.According to the working condition and characteristic of the flexible technological equipment,a three-layer control structure based on Profibus is put forward.The control flow is also analyzed.Then the function and composition of main control elements are discussed.A drive method with "motor and elevator" is put forward.The positioning technology with PLC is researched.Based all of these the control system is integrated.Applied these technologies the flexible technological equipment for the frame of railway freight cars manufacturing is developed.The operation results show that the control system is reliable and the control accuracy is satisfied.
