2-乙酰吡啶缩肼基二硫代甲酸甲酯及其钴离子配合物的合成和抗菌活性 被引量:1

Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activities of 2-Acetylpyridine S-Methyldithiocarbazate and Its Co(III) Complex

摘要 本文合成了2-乙酰吡啶缩肼基二硫代甲酸甲酯配体(1)及其钴离子(Ⅲ)配合物(2)。采用元素分析、单晶X射线衍射技术对2进行了结构表征。生物活性研究表明,两种化合物对铜绿假单孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌及葡萄牙假丝酵母等均有抗菌活性,初步研究了抗菌机制。 2-Acetylpyridine S-methyldithiocarbazate(1) and its cobalt(III)complex(2) were synthesized.Compound 2 were characterized by elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques.The title compounds exhibited antibacterial activities against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis,Candida lusitaniae and other bacteria.Preliminary antimicrobial mechanism of action was investigated.
