Synthesis of 4-Chlorophenethylalcohol

摘要 以4-氯苯乙酮为原料,经Willgerodt-Kindler法制得4-氯苯乙酸,再在碘存在下经硼氢化钠还原制得杀菌剂腈苯唑的中间体4-氯苯乙醇,总收率约66%。 4-Chlorophenethylalcohol,the intermediate of fenbuconazole,was synthesized from 4-chloroacetophenone through Willgerodt-Kindler reaction to give 4-chlorobenzeneacetic acid,followed by reduction with sodium borohydride in the presence of iodine with an overall yield of about 66%.
