摘要
为改善栀子苷的油水分配性能,采用溶剂挥发法制备了栀子苷磷脂复合物,并用紫外光谱、红外光谱、差示扫描量热分析,测定不同pH体系中栀子苷的表观油水分配系数。结果表明,复合物在不同pH的正辛醇-水系统中,表观油-水分配系数与栀子苷及其物理混合物有较大的差异,油水分配性能显著改善。
The geniposide-phospholipid complex was prepared by solvent evaporation method.The products were analyzed by UV spectra,IR and DSC.The apparent partition coefficients in n-octanol-water systems with different pH values were determined.The results showed that the apparent partition coefficients in different systems were significantly different among the complex,mixture and bulk drug.
