茵栀黄注射液中有机溶剂残留的顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定

Determination of Residual Solvents in Yinzhihuang Injection by Headspace Capillary GC

建立了顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定茵栀黄注射液中的残留溶剂。采用HP-INNOWAX弹性石英毛细管柱,载气为氮气,FID检测器,程序升温,分流进样。丙酮、甲醇和乙醇分别在0.2～200、0.5～500和2～2 000μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.3%、101.2%和95.9%,RSD为2.2%、2.8%和2.8%。

A headspace capillary GC method was established for the determination of the residual solvents in Yinzhihuang injection.An HP-INNOWAX capillary column was used,with nitrogen as carrier gas and FID as detector.The temperature program and split injection mode were used.The calibration curves of acetone,methanol and ethanol were linear in the ranges of 0.2-200,0.5-500 and 2-2 000 μg/ml,respectively.The average recoveries were 99.3%,101.2% and 95.9%,with RSDs of 2.2%,2.8% and 2.8%.
