通窍鼻炎胶囊为中药保护品种,收载于新药转正标准36册中,系由苍耳子、防风、黄芪、白芷、辛夷、白术及薄荷七味药材组成的复方制剂。具有散风消炎、宣通鼻窍的功效可用于治疗鼻渊、鼻塞、流涕、前额头痛、鼻炎、鼻窦炎及过敏性鼻炎[1]。方中黄芪为君药,
The HPLC and TLC method were established for the determination of astragaloside and identification of xanthii fructus in Tongqiao Biyan capsules,respectively.The calibration curve of astragaloside was linear in the range of 1.5-10 μg.The average recovery was 100.86%,with RSD of 3.06%.
