摘要
以正十六烷为唯一碳源,从实验室降解的石油烃菌株中,筛选出一株高效降解烷烃菌株S5,通过摇床实验得出其最适生长条件为环境温度30℃、初始pH 7.5、摇床转速200 r/min。在最适生长条件下分别对不同质量浓度的正烷烃进行降解实验。结果表明,S5对较低浓度的正烷烃降解能力显著2,4 h内降解率在60%左右。当混合烷烃中各正烷烃的初始浓度为15 mg/L时,24 h内,S5对正辛烷和正十六烷的降解能力分别为27.14%和36.04%。
We use n-hexadecane as the sole carbon source.The bacteria S5 which has high degradation capacity for the alkane is screened out from petroleum hydrocarbon degraded by bacteria in the laboratory.And we determine the optimal growth condition is at 30 ℃,the initial pH value is 7.5 and the speed of shaker is 200 r/min by the experiment.We also do the degradation experiment on the different initial concentration of n-alkane under the optimal growth condition.The result indicates that the degradation ability of S5 for n-alkane with lower initial concentration is marked,the degradation rate is almost 60% within 24 h.With the initial concentration is 15 mg/L,the degradation rate of n-octane and n-hexadecane is 27.14% and 36.04% within 24 h,respectively.
