摘要
为了将微生物处理羽毛工艺产业化,现利用课题组筛选得到的嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌DHHJ进行该菌株液态发酵羽毛工艺的研究。通过发酵条件和培养基成分的优化,确定了嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌DHHJ液态发酵羽毛的工艺是:初始pH为7.5、培养温度为40℃,培养基组成为葡萄糖和干酪素。该条件下菌种的产酶能力及降解羽毛能力显著提高。
In order to industrialize the utilization of waste feather by microbiological method,the feasibility test of liquid state fermentation for feather with Stenotrophomonas maltophilia DHHJ is studied.The results which obtained by optimizing the fermentation conditions and medium composition show that the conditions of optimal liquid state fermentation are the initial pH value is 7.5,at 40 ℃ and the medium is composed of glucose and casein.And under these conditions,the abilities of keratinase production and feather degradation of strain DHHJ are much better.
