摘要 一、对被征收房屋价值补偿的基本要求 《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》(以下简称《条例》)第19条明确:“对被征收房屋价值的补偿,不得低于房屋征收决定公告之日被征收房屋类似房地产的市场价格”。此规定的立法本意,是要保证被征收入以被征收房屋价值的补偿,买到与被征收房屋处在同一供求范围内,并在用途、规模、建筑结构、新旧程度、档次、权利性质等方面相同或者相似的房地产(以下简称类似房地产)。这是对被征收房屋价值的补偿的基本要求,
