On Necessity to Set up Psychology Major in Human Resources Development and Management

新世纪以来,许多高校已经开办了人力资源开发与管理专业硕士研究生专业,有的高校已经开办了学士本科专业。我国人才强国战略的实施和人力资源大国向人力资源强国转变的政策和社会需求,需要心理学学科门类的人力资源开发与管理专业学生,所以,进一步明确专业的学科定位,培养符合社会需要的人力资源开发与管理专业学生,是十分必要的。

Many colleges and universities have supplied master degree of human resources development and management in China.With the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development and the implementation of the policy to change from a big country in HR to a great power in human resources,it is necessary to set up the psychological disciplines in human resource development and management.The paper proposes that it is imperative to further position orientation of psychological disciplines in human resources development and management.
