Albert Schweitzer is a famous thinker of the present age and the founder of the Reverence for Life Ethics.He thinks that any living thing has its meaning to be existence all the living creatures should be deserved respect.Jack London shows in many of his novels a negative attitude towards the Reverence for Life Ethics.This is reflected in the characters Martin Eden and Sea Wolf in his book.The pessimistic feelings expressed in the novel are much related to the author＇s own life experiences.
