On the Drawbacks of Speech Behavior Theory from the Nature of Literary Language Perspective

20世纪上半期言语行为理论出现,为文学语言的研究开辟了一条新的思路。但是无论是创始人奥斯丁还是后继者塞尔等言语行为理论家,他们都将注意力放在了对言语行为本身构成的研究,尤其是言语行为如何成功实施,却忽略了隐藏在言语行为表象之下的说话人的社会心理及目的意向。试图从文学语言的性质去分析言语行为理论的弊端。

Speech Behavior Theory,which emerged in the half of the 20th century,provides us with a new way of literary language study.However,the successor to Russell,founder of Austin or other speech behavior theorists,they all focuses their attentions on the study of speech behavior itself,especially on how to successful exercise the speech behavior,and ignored the hidden intention and purposes beneath the surface of the speaker＇s of social psychology.This article attempts to analyze the drawbacks of Speech Behavior Theory from the nature of literary language perspective.
