摘要 未来社会是学习型社会,终身教育的地位将空前突出。如何实现教师专业化发展,提高教师素质,已经成为教育界及全社会关注的热点问题。教师应成为"学习者","研究者"、"导学者"、"合作者",将外在的制度要求内化为自我发展的内在职业理想诉求,才能真正实现教师的专业自主化。 The future society is Learning Society.The life-long education is unparalleled outstanding,whether the education reform succeeds or fails depends on teachers' quality in the last.Therefore,how to realize the teachers' professionalization development to improve the teachers' quality,has already become the hot spot of the educational circles and the society.The teachers should become the "learners" ",the "researchers" ",the " leaders" " and the "cooperators".They should turn the external demands into their inherent self-development ideals occupation,in order to tells specialize the teachers' professionalization development really.
