Make Movie and Television Products an Important Means to Enhance Sino-foreign Exchange

作为中外文化交流的一个重要组成部分,中外影视作品的交流增进了相互之间的了解。但由于文化上的差异,字幕翻译者在处理一些涉及文化的因素时难免会犯一些错误,这在一定程度上影响了对电影本意的传达。本文结合一些实例,讨论了进行字幕翻译时可采用的策略。

As an important component of cultural exchanges,the exchange of movie and television products enhances mutual understanding between foreign countries and China.But the translators may make some mistakes when translating these products because of the differences between cultures.This to some extent effects the trasmission of the original meaning.Integrated with some examples,this paper discusses some strategies that can be adopted when translating movie and television products.
