摘要
经理股票期权是在国外运用比较成熟的一种长期激励机制,可以有效地解决困扰中国企业的经营者激励问题。但目前中国实施经理股票期权的环境条件尚未完全具备,运行的过程中存在着诸多障碍,拟对经理股票期权激励机制在中国的运行环境进行全方位的探析。
How to stimulate the executives has become one of the most urgent problems demanding a solution in modern enterprise system in China.Executive Stock Option(ESO),as a long-term stimulating mechanism,has been practiced maturely abroad,can solve the problem mentioned above effectively.ESO will stimulate the executives to grow with and rely on the enterprises.But now in China,the practice environment of ESO has not yet been well provided,as a lot of troubles have not yet been eliminated.In order to improve it,this paper will fully investigate the economic practice environment of ESO system in China,put forward some optimized proposals and hope to make a breakthrough in this field.
