贵州油菜基因库的创建

Establishment of Gene bank of Brassica campestris in Guizhou

从1954～1994 年,先后开展了20 多次油菜品种资源的搜集,征得油菜品种资源800多份,其中省内700 多份,省外和国外100 多份。20 多年来,已将所搜集的油菜品种进行了整理分类、目录编写、繁种入库、种子更新和评价鉴定,初步建成贵州油菜基因库。从而为油菜种质利用提供物质保障和丰富的基因信息。同时探索出一套切实可行的油菜基因库建立技术。

Over 20 times of collecting rape variety resources have been made from 1954 to 1994. Over 800 varieties were collected, among which more than 700 collected from Guizhou and more than 100 from other provinces and countries. All the varieties were classified, catalogued, multiplied and stored, evaluated and identified; the seeds were renewed.Now the gene bank of Brassica campestris in Guizhou has preliminarily been established. It is a good conditions for the rape breeding. A series of practicable establishment technology of gene bank of Brassica campestris has also been explored.
