摘要
新疆紧邻中亚,具有非常重要的地缘战略地位。上世纪90年代以来,随着中亚国家的独立,新疆面临的周边安全环境日益复杂,其中对新疆影响最大的就是"金新月"的毒品走私犯罪和中亚地区"三股势力"的泛滥,而这两个问题又相互交织在一起,构成了对新疆社会安全的最大威胁。加强对毒品犯罪的预防和打击力度,掐断"三股势力"的资金链是一个直接有力的打击方法。
Due to its special geography position and as a close neighbor to Central Asia,Xinjiang has a very significant strategic status.Since 1990s in last century,with the independence of Central Asian nations,the security of the peripheral situation of Xinjiang face complicated problems,day by day,among which the two biggest are the influence of ＂Golden Crescent＂ drug smuggling crimes to Xinjiang and the overflow of ＂Three Influences＂ in Central Asian areas.These two problems interweave together and form a huge threat to the social security of Xinjiang.The strike and prevention to drug crimes should be strengthened and the prevention and the funds chain of ＂Three Influences＂ should be broken off,as direct and effective methods.
