Diagnoses of Teacher-Student Interaction Features in Xinjiang Universities under Network Environment

通过调查新疆高校师生网络交往的现状,总结出师生网络交往利用率低,少数民族、汉族学生与教师交往的存在异同之处等诸多特点,在此基础上,从新疆的地域、宗教、文化和高校管理的角度分析了各种特点产生的原因,进而提出相关建议。

Based on the survey of the status quo about teacher-students＇ interaction in Xinjiang universities and colleges,this paper sums up some features,and analyses corresponding factors and on the view of Xinjiang＇s specific location,religion,culture difference and higher education＇ s management,then it provides some suggestions about it.
