摘要
采用问卷调查的方法,抽样对975名杭州市居民进行营养与食品卫生知识的知晓情况调查。经统计分析表明:对膳食宝塔的知晓率普遍较低,不同人群对食品与营养知识的了解存在较大的差异,性别、经济收入、职业、年龄与食品卫生知识的知晓率有关联。
Questionnaire was conducted to investigate 975 Hangzhou residents'knowledge of nutrition and food sanitation. Statistics show that people's knowledge about food pyramid is generally low; People of different groups have big differences in food and nutrition knowledge; Factors, such as gender, income, profession, age are relevant to the knowledge of food sanitation.
