2008～2010年太原市乙脑、流脑疫苗接种率调查

Investigation on Immunization Rate of Japanese Encephalitis and Epidemic Cerebrospinal Meningitis Vaccines in Taiyuan City,2008-2010

[目的]掌握太原市将乙脑疫苗、流脑疫苗纳入儿童免疫规划后的接种率情况,为今后有计划地开展免疫规划工作提供科学依据。[方法]2008年、2009年和2010年,在太原市各县（市、区）抽取部分常住和流动适龄儿童进行调查。[结果]2008~2010年分别调查常住儿童881、877、879名,乙脑疫苗第一针接种率分别为89.67%、94.87%、98.86%,2008年第二针接种率为65.04%;流脑疫苗第一针接种率分别为87.85%、96.69%、96.59%,第二针接种率分别为70.15%、83.69%。2008~2010年分别调查流动儿童290、289、287名,乙脑疫苗第一针接种率分别为80.00%、91.35%、98.95%,2008年第二针接种率为57.59%;流脑疫苗第一针接种率分别为76.21%、94.81%、97.21%,第二针接种率分别为50.00%、83.74%。[结论]＂两脑＂疫苗纳入免疫规划后,接种率明显提高。流动儿童接种率显著低于常住儿童。

[Objective] To grasp immunization rate of Japanese encephalitis and epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis vaccines（JE,ECM） after it was brought into the program on immunization for children,in order to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of the future work.[Methods]Investigation was conducted among the target permanent and floating children in counties,districts and municipality from 2008 to 2010.[Results]Of the 881,877 and 879 permanent children investigated from 2008 to 2010,the coverage of the first dose of JE vaccine was 89.67%,94.8% and 98.86% respectively,well the second dose was 65.04% in 2008.The coverage of the first dose of ECM vaccine was 87.85%,96.69% and 96.59% respectively,well the second dose was 70.15% and 83.69%.Of the 290,289 and 287 floating children investigated from 2008 to 2010,the coverage of the first dose of JE vaccine was 80.00%,91.35% and 98.95% respectively,well the second dose was 57.59% in 2008.The coverage of the first dose of ECM vaccine was 76.21%,94.81% and 97.21% respectively,well the second dose was 50.00% and 83.74%.[Conclusion]The immunization rate of JE and ECM vaccines were increased after it was brought into the program on immunization for children,but the coverage was lower in floating children than that in permanent children.
