摘要
[目的]提高热线电话服务质量,更好地开展艾滋病热线咨询与健康教育工作。[方法]对2010年1~6月济南市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病咨询热线——"小阮热线"人工接听的1 062人次求询电话记录资料进行分析。[结果]1 062人次求询者中,男性占92.09%,20~39岁占83.71%,本省市的占57.16%,大专以上学历的占64.12%。求询内容为有关HIV抗体检测的占34.09%,关于高危行为评估的占21.94%。[结论]求询者中青年人、高学历者多见,多咨询有关HIV抗体检测的内容。
[Objective] To increase quality of AIDS consulting hotline ervice and to provide references for later work of AIDS hotline service and health education.[Methods]1 062 telephone records of the AIDS consulting hotline implemented by Jinan Center for Disease Control and Prevention during 1-6 Month in 2010 were collected and analyzed.[Results]92.09% of 1 062 clients were male.Clients of 20-39 years old account for 83.71%,Clients of our own province or cities account for 57.16%,Clients above collage degree account for 64.12%.Clients whose consulting contents were HIV antibody examination and whose consulting contents were assessment of their high risk behavior account for 34.09 % and 21.94% respectively.[Conclusion]The main clients of hotline are young and middle-aged group and population with high education;HIV/AIDS testing accounts for the majority of the consulting contents.
