2009年德州市德城区法定报告传染病疫情分析

Analysis on the Reports of Notifiable Diseases in Decheng District of Dezhou City,2009

[目的]了解德州市德城区传染病疫情态势,以便制订科学的防治规划。[方法]对德城区2009年法定报告传染病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2009年德城区报告法定传染病18种、1 710例,死亡1例,年发病率为291.76/10万,病死率为0.058%。年发病率（/10万）,乙类传染病为91.11,丙类传染病为200.65;城区各个办事处为315.32,农村各乡镇为239.14（P〈0.01）;男性为350.67,女性为227.78（P〈0.01）;0~14岁为1 133.52,15~34岁为127.35,35~54岁为73.31,≥55岁以上为94.99;主要传染病中,手足口病、肺结核、甲型H1N1流感、乙肝、麻疹分别为191.10、41.81、15.87、12.63、5.64。[结论]2009年德城区传染病发病率较高,手足口病是发病最多的传染病。

[Objective] To understand the tendency of infectious diseases in 2009 in Dezhou city,so as to made scientific preventive and control plans.[Methods]Analyze statutory reports of infectious diseases in 2009 in Decheng district.[Results]18 kinds of infectious diseases,1 710 cases including 1 death case were reported in 2009 in Decheng district,the annual incidence rate was 291.76/105,and the mortality was 0.058%.Annual incidence rates of B infectious and C infectious diseases were 91.11/105 and 200.65/105 respectively;Every office of Decheng district was 315.32,each village and town was 239.14（P0.01）;Male was 350.67 and female 227.78（P0.01）;0 to 14-year-old children was 1133.52,15 to 34-year-old was 127.35,35 to 54 year-old was 73.31,larger than 55 year-old was 94.99;hand-foot-mouth disease,tuberculosis,influenza type A（H1N1）,hepatitis B,measles were 191.10,41.81,15.87,12.63,5.64,respectively.[Conclusion]Incidence rate of infectious diseases in 2009 in Decheng district was high,incidence rate of hand-foot-mouth disease was highest in infectious diseases.
