摘要
煤岩储层增产措施中,压裂是重要的手段。不同压裂液对煤岩渗透率会造成不同程度的伤害。本文采用活性水、KCl溶液及破胶前后的清洁压裂液对煤岩渗透率伤害进行了室内评价。从实验结果可以看出,活性水和KCl溶液对煤岩伤害程度很小,属于弱伤害;未破胶的清洁压裂液对煤岩渗透率伤害很大;相比而言破胶后的清洁压裂液对煤岩渗透率伤害明显减小。从返排恢复结果可知,KCl溶液和活性水伤害过的煤岩渗透率恢复较好,未破胶的煤岩渗透率恢复较慢,破胶后的清洁压裂液渗透率恢复较好。从而为煤岩储层增产技术中压裂液体系选择提供理论依据。
The fracturing is an important means in the coal reservoir stimulation.Different rock fracturing fluid and can cause permeability of coal varying degrees of damage.In this paper,took activity of water, KCl solution and gel breaking fracturing fluid before and after the cleaning of coal and rock permeability damage to the interior evaluation.From the experimental results can see,active water and KCl solution on the degree of injury is very small coal,is weak injury;not fracturing fluid gel breaking clean coal permeability damage on a large;In contrast,after the cleaning gel breaking permeability of coal and rock fracturing fluid damage significantly reduced.Recovery from the back row of the results shows that,KCl solution and the activity of water damage had better recovery of coal and rock permeability,no broken plastic slow recovery of coal and rock permeability,gel breaking clean fracturing fluid penetration after the recovery is good.So as to provide a theoretical basis for selection increase production of coal reservoir fracturing fluid technology to.
