It is a new model for non-affiliated hospitals to solve the shortage of teaching resources of medical university and to achieve mutual benefit and common development. They are the combination of interests. It is now before us an important issue that how to straighten out the relationship and operating mechanism between medical university and non-affiliated hospitals, maximize the role of medical colleges and non-affiliated hospitals＇function in higher performance, promote substantive cooperation in a deeper level and achieve directly from medical institutions and non-affiliated hospitals in sustainable development.
