Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure Efficacy

目的观察无创正压通气（NPPV）治疗充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法对12例CHF患者采用常规治疗的基础上，给予NPPV治疗，记录治疗前、后患者的左室射血分数（LVEF），B型钠尿肽前体（PRO—BNP）并比较。结果治疗前后LVEF明显升高（P〈0．05），BNP显著降低（P〈001），差异有统计学意义。结论采用NPPV可改善CHF患者的左心功能，提高临床疗效。

Objective noninvasive positive pressure ventilation （NPPV） in patients with congestive heart failure （CHF）, clinical efficacy. Methods 12 cases of CHF were treated with conventional therapy, based on the given NPPV treatment, record before and after treatment in patients with left ventrieular ejection fraction （LVEF）, B-type natriuretic peptide （PRO-BNP） and compared. Results before and after treatment was significantly higher LVEF （P 〈0.05）, BNP decreased significantly （P 〈0.01）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion NPPV can improve left ventricular function in patients with CHF to improve clinical efficacy.
